CLIMATE

Tokyo

Summer (June-August) - begins in June with the rainy season, which lasts between three weeks to one month.
Although it doesn't rain every day, rain can be heavy. When the rainy season ends, weather in Tokyo becomes extremely hot and sticky. This is certainly not the best time for a Tokyo vacation.

Autumn (September-November) In October pleasant temperatures and a clear sky are the typical weather forecast. Tokyo night temperatures drop significantly. Fall foliage in Tokyo is at its best during November.

Winter (December-February) - temperatures are around 5 - 10 degrees Celsius. These temperatures require packing winter clothes suitable for this climate.

Spring (March-May) - the most glorious time to visit Tokyo. That's when Japan's famous tree blossom starts, beginning with plum trees in March and continuing to April with cherry blossoms.
